Model Description
These mice carry loxP sites flanking exon1 of Il10 gene. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Il10 gene.While Il10-Flox mice(Stock No.NM-KO-18001）have been pulled from shelves for some reasons.
